Products:

Certain floral Products may be supplied by us in bud to ensure longer life. Some Products, Flowers and Plants may be harmful or poisonous - if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us using the contact details on this website.

All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery/collection date.

Weddings and events:

Additional terms and conditions will be provided in relation to products and services for wedding and events, including pre-payment, deposit and full payment details, set-up and tear-down costs, additional services, rental costs and terms. For brevity, full payment for wedding and event work will be no later than 4 weeks before the wedding or event date, and a 50% payment made upon booking to secure your slot and the cost of materials.

Prices:

Prices listed on this website are valid and correct at the time of placing your order. Prices include VAT.

Orders and Payments:

During order submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

By clicking on the button to complete your order, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions found on the website.

Submitting your Order is subject to our acceptance and we will not consider ourselves bound to fulfil this order unless we have issued you an order confirmation, usually via email. Payment must be made in full before orders are fulfilled. Payment is by BACS or cash.

Cancellation:

Orders cancelled within 48 hours prior to the agreed collection/delivery date and time are subject to full payment - this is due to materials already having been purchased and products created.

Orders may be amended, at our discretion, up to 48 hours prior to the collection/delivery date and time. Please note it is not guaranteed that we will be able to accommodate your requested amendments, although we will try our best.

To amend or cancel your order, please contact us using the contact details set out on this website.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

Delivery of products:

We offer limited local delivery, and UK national delivery. Delivery is by arrangement only and will incur an additional cost. Please get in touch to discuss. Please note our Postal Posies are sent on a Royal Mail 24 service, dispatched Monday-Friday. This is not a guarantee of next-day delivery.

On acceptance by us of your Order we will advise you by email or telephone confirmation of the intended delivery date. We will process Orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays but in this case we will deliver the Product you request on the available next working day.

Anomalies in your submitted personal details, or those of the recipient, may lead to problems or delays in delivery. Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number and/or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date, you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full.

We can only guarantee delivery to residential addresses or places of work where there is a suitable place to park a vehicle without restriction. If the intended recipient is not present, the delivery will be left with another person at the address, or failing that an imminent neighbour. A note will be left at the intended recipients address to inform them of this.

Product deliveries will never be left unattended outside of the property/address. If the recipient is not available and delivery to a suitable third-party is not possible, the delivery will be taken back to The Floral Club studio and you will be contacted to discuss further options. An additional delivery attempt will incur an extra charge. In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels and other business locations, the delivery may be left with a suitable person such as Receptionist or Concierge as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order.

Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address you quote (or an imminent neighbour if no one is at home). We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual received refuses or fails to return item(s).

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver your order within the time discussed, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified can be given.

Our orders are delivered only after payment has been received.

Collection of products:

Our free Collection service enables to you to collect flowers/products from our studio in Fordingbridge after ordering them via our website. Collection address provided after payment has been received.

You will be contacted by The Floral Club to discuss a mutually suitable time to collect your order. We cannot guarantee your order will be available to collect outside of this time, and you should not attempt to collect outside of this time.

The Floral Club takes no responsibility for broken vases, glass, bags or other damaged products once the final product has been handed over to the customer.

Complaints procedure:

We hope you are delighted with your order from The Floral Club. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on the details at the top of this page within 24 hours of your order/product being received so we can discuss and do our utmost to rectify any issues that have arisen. Please note, we do require you to make contact with us within 24 hours of your order/product being received due to the perishable nature of our products.

Returns and Refund Policy:

The Floral Club does not accept returns for monetary refunds or exchanges. Refunds, or partial refunds, may occasionally be given at our discretion depending on the situation. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the customer for either for a replacement or a refund/partial refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.

If a payment has been made in error, please contact The Floral Club as soon as possible.

General:

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Online Site and/or the Online Service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Online Service or Online Site. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Online Site and/or the Online Services for any reason at any time.

These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the Online Site, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
